Summer Term 2
Measuring fun
We have been making the most of this hot weather and went outside to measure the capacity of different containers. We had a lot of fun (and got a little bit wet).
Our seaside trip to Southend
Upper I had a fantastic day at Southend. We got to see lots of features of the seaside such as beach huts, amusement arcades, a pier, fish and chip shops and ice cream shops. We had a lot of fun playing on the beach, making sand castles and having a paddle in the sea.

Pantomime Poem
Well done to all of Upper I for their wonderful performance of the 'Pantomime Poem'.
We scored 88 and got a distinction!

Birds of Prey Display
The whole school enjoyed a visit from some owls.
We learnt lots of interesting facts about why their eyes are different colours, what they eat and where you might find the different owls.
We even got to have a stroke!
